Gyrotonics® is a method of movement that uses rhythmic repetition and breath allowing the body to move without putting any stress on the joints or compression. This exercise is customized and tailored to each client based on their needs, injuries and health history. The therapeutic movement is a hybrid of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi to return the body to a more balanced, toned state.
