During this fun, hands on and engaging virtual cooking class, Tonka will share her favorite vegan recipes straight out of her kitchen.
All ingredients and recipes will be emailed to the participants 2 days before the class to prepare the participants for the cooking event…Remember the best way to learn something new is to try it yourself and in our case taste it.
What to expect:
1. To learn easy recipes you can prepare at home, in less than 30 minutes, that will nourish your body and soul.
2. To learn how to mix different ingredients to achieve the flavors you love.
3. To better understand how to easily manage your body weight the healthy way.
