Why Try a Group Pilates Class?

All ProPilates instructors give 110% and provide a warm welcoming environment! We want everyone to feel fantastic from the minute they walk into our studio until the minute they leave. Most classes will involve a warmup with core involved and then we will work the entire body. This includes targeting the legs, glutes, core, and upper body and stretching and lengthening. We use the Reformer and the Pilates Tower during group classes. We also use several accessories to make group classes even more dynamic. We use Magic Circles, which have multiple uses. The Pilates ball is very versatile, you can squeeze this ball with your arms and legs or roll on it. We will also use small weights for muscle toning. No two ProPilates Group Classes are never the same.
